F4 exists because of a pattern I kept seeing on both ends of the size spectrum: organisations of every scale carrying operating models that were never actually designed, just inherited, patched, and grown around. I've spent 15+ years delivering architecture, automation, and regulatory uplift across APAC, EMEA, and the US, with a focus on stability and efficiency in post-trade, financial market infrastructure, and risk-sensitive environments. F4 is where I bring that same discipline to organisations who'd otherwise never get access to it.
My work centres on building future-state platforms and operating models that are resilient, efficient, and aligned to data and AI strategy, combining hands-on solution architecture with the program discipline to actually deliver it. Most recently I led global reconciliations technology and transformation at Macquarie Group, and before that ran global KYC change and regulatory remediation functions at Deutsche Bank across Singapore, New York, and London.
The common thread across 17 years at Deutsche Bank and two-plus at Macquarie: architecture before delivery, and no engagement that ends without the client owning what was built. That's what F4 brings to a business at any size, whether that's a regulated institution untangling a decade of technical debt, or a local firm whose entire operation still runs on one person's memory of how things are supposed to go.
A career spent uplifting, improving, and enhancing operating models has naturally led me to dive into the world of AI with both feet: designing orchestration engines across use cases as varied as prospect outreach, legal research, and hospitality venue availability, standing up MCP servers to connect them to the tools organisations already run on, and deploying agents for outreach, data cleansing, and categorisation. Same discipline, newest layer of the stack. Even standing up Chatterboxes like below.
Founding F4's architecture and client delivery practice, applying enterprise-grade operating model design to organisations of every size, with a growing focus on AI orchestration engines, MCP servers, and purpose-built agents for outreach, research, data work, and execution of operational tasks.
Led global reconciliations platform strategy, engineering, and production support across all business divisions and 100+ legal entities. Delivered control uplift, cost transformation, and AI-enabled exception management.
Led global KYC change across APAC, EMEA, and the US for a 6,000-user community across 25 locations; ran ~50 concurrent workstreams against regulatory findings with a 100% delivery success rate.
17 years across business architecture, programme management, and global transformation, including enterprise SaaS rollout lifting straight-through-processing from 89% to 98%, and the global rollout of the bank's DUCO reconciliation platform.
